At your first consultation we will review the following:

  • Your current circumstances
  • Your lifestyle
  • Your aims
  • Your fears
  • Times that are convenient to you
  • A programme that works to your convenience and budget

It is at this stage that your dedicated trainer will then talk you through what would happen in your first session, the second and so on. We will attempt to map out how we will help you achieve your goals. Of course, all through the process, we encourage you to ask questions and to be proactive.

 

We aim to be not just your Personal Trainer, but also your lifestyle consultant. This will be accomplished by providing advice and guidance for nutrition, other exercise and good living.
