Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, many people have taken it up to have fun whilst getting fit and healthy. Why not join them?
There are many triathlon events out there, some perfect for absolute beginners whilst others great for the more experienced and able. If you are just starting out, there is no pressure, you don't even have to do an event if you don't want to. Due to the variation of the three disciplines involved, it is a great fitness enhancing activity.
Maybe you're bored of just doing the same thing all the time? Maybe you want a new challenge? Or maybe you want to improve and beat your last times?
There are two options available for triathlon training:
One to one training
